I prefer to have a contractor referred to me. They were! They installed our Generac whole house generator. Didn’t go over budget, delivered a clean workspace when done for the day and were respectful of our property. We continue to work with them.

I highly recommend Sugi! He and his team were great to work with, very thorough and conscientious. They leave a place better than they find it, cleaning up old wiring that doesn’t look so great anymore, while installing the new. I’ve called on Sugi a few times for different projects. First, for an ADU, and then again to upgrade the electrical in 100+ year-old home; both times he was prompt, professional, knowledgable, and made it easy for me to make decisions on how to move forward.

Sugi and his team from Kardon Electric Company are top-notch. They are always on time, professional, focused on quality, communicative, and so nice to work with. They have done work at our home on numerous occasions. Examples include installing recessed ceiling lighting; installing GFCI outlets, bathroom fans, fixtures; running a new dedicated circuit for one of our kitchen appliances; figuring out and fixing a landscape lighting issue; and many more. Just recently we experienced an electrical issue, and Sugi answered our call and immediately helped troubleshoot and fix it. We highly recommend Kardon Electric.

I have used Sugi's 2-person team on two full days of work, so about 28 person-hours total. Worth every penny. They work non-stop, find practical solutions, give me features I would not have thought of, educate me about what's going on and inquire what I want as they go, and generally "think like an owner". They seem to want to earn a long-term relationship, which is what I want too.

Sugi did all of the electrical work when we remodeled our house, including upgrading our panel and installing an EV charger. He and his team are great - careful, good communicators, detail oriented, knowledgeable and responsive. When a bad appliance shorted out my entire kitchen while I was prepping for Thanksgiving, he rescued me and my dinner by making room in his schedule to replace fuses and check to make sure everything was working properly. Seriously the best.

We've used Sugi and his crew on 2 different projects, small and larger. Sugi was great in providing guidance to us to complete some parts of the work ourselves. When he and his crew took over they worked efficiently and kept us informed of what was going on as well as understanding our preferences when there were decisions to be made. The finished project met our expectations and has performed well with no problems since completion.

I had hired Kardon Electric to sort out a single electrical circuit issue and was impressed by their professional work at a fair price. So, when I needed to upgrade the main panel from 100 amps to 200 amps, I contacted Sugi Kardon. A MUCH bigger job, I was extremely happy with the cost, scheduling, permitting, coordination with PG&E and the city. The crew was efficient, respectful, and the job easily passed city and PG&E inspections. I've added Kardon Electric to my contacts list and highly recommend them!

This is the second time I have used this company. The first time was an emergency and they came. I believe it was on New Year’s Day. This time it’s a semi emergency and they helped me out right away. Very nice people very good work and very trustworthy I recommend them if they were 10 stars, I’d give it to them.

Sugi Kardon and his crew are very competent and professional. They are knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Our project was completed on time and on budget. The additional scope that I requested was very reasonably priced. They don’t leave until everything is completed and working properly, and the work areas are cleaned up. I would recommend them highly for your next project.
